If you have wanted personalized attention but do not want the cost of full 1-on-1 training, this program gives you a focused middle ground.
You will train in a semi-private environment with a maximum of 6 people, so you can ask questions, get coaching, and learn the basics without feeling lost in a large group.
You will also receive weekly homework routines, class recap emails, and a shopping list for your in-home setup, so what you learn in class does not disappear when you leave the gym.

Your $749 “Graduate & Continue” credit must be redeemed within 14 days of completing the 6-Week Semi-Private Beginner Class. Once redeemed, you may begin your 1-on-1 coaching package or annual All-Levels Membership at a later scheduled date that you choose.
Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and expires if not redeemed within 14 days of graduation.
